WCA National Leadership Training

Clarissa Calingasan opened the training with a big motivational thought. According to her, "self talk should be connected with your frame."

She explained in a personal tone that she knows the reasons why the members were in the training. She asked them what is driving them 'crazy' to do the business.

She insisted that we should have a good goal. Intending it to happen "whatever it takes." She also explained that the members of TVI Express Philippines were important, because without them, leaders are nothing. She also explained the role of fear, doubt and confusion, these three will help you more stronger to get your goals. On the last part, she put emphasis on commitment to get the goals that the TVI Express members have.

Things that I observe with Ms. Clarissa Calingasan

1. She talked to the audience on a personal level

2. You will not feel that she wants to earn more from the members

3. Encouraging like a mom to her son and daughter

4. Inspiring

5. Dedicated on her passion like telling stories about music and engaging with some musical instruments
