TVI Express people in Batangas are so agressive atleast I am referring to 'Team Dynamic'. This team led by Engr. Delio Liwag meets last tuesday to empower his leaders in Lipa, Batangas.
Engineer wants form a group of network, leaders and networkers with a good integrity in their lines. His goal is not to make more people under his organisation and then leave them alone. Group empowerment is the key. Working as a team will make the difficult task easier. Money is just a bonus, but helping people to change their lives is far more important.
